As in the previous years ZoBio attended the European Conference on Magnetic Resonance, which took place in Göteborg, Sweden.
Stephan Theisgen presented a poster demonstrating how strategically integrating solution-state NMR into commercial drug discovery programs provides critical structural insights across the early preclinical pipeline.
The poster highlighted how NMR complements biochemical assays, biophysical screening, AI-driven modeling, X-ray crystallography, and cryo-EM by delivering dynamic, site-specific information on ligand–target interactions. Practical examples showcase the application of NMR for fragment screening, cryptic pocket identification, hit validation, rapid verification of computational and structural models, and overcoming crystallization challenges.
By implementing scalable and cost-effective NMR workflows with rapid turnaround times, ZoBio enables clients to make informed decisions and confidently advance their small-molecule discovery programs.
