The conference highlighted advances in current and emerging \u201chot\u201d targets and technologies, as well as target validation strategies for the discovery and development of novel therapeutic agents, ranging from biologics to small molecules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gregg Siegal presented the lecture: \u2018<em>Targeting RNA Readers\u2019<\/em> on Wednesday September 16. In his presentation Gregg has shared insights of a developing inhibitors of YTHDF2, &nbsp;a protein that selectively recognized 6 methyl-adenosine in mRNA thereby regulates protein expression.
